31-33  High Street, Pershore
Heritage Impact Assessment
31 and 33 High Street are grade II listed buildings with 16th century origins visible as intact timber-framing. The buildings were used as a tobacconist and fruiter throughout much of the 20th century but earlier occupation is currently unknown. It was converted in the 1980s with many alterations to the fabric made and a shopping arcade created. Following this the buildings were left vacant. The proposals are aiming to restore the listed building, and retain two shops with flats over and two new three bedroom cottages to the rear. 
Abbey College, Malvern Link
Heritage Assessment
The buildings that currently form Abbey College have a history dating back to the 1840s with Shelsley House. The Abbey itself, was the first building that became a school first in the 1870s. The school gradually expanded, taking in existing buildings, such as Assarts and Graham House, whilst also constructing new structures such as the Hall and the Chapel. In the 1960s new buildings were constructed that met the requirements of the time but did not meet the interest and architectural importance of the earlier structures.
Bordesley Cottage
Heritage Statement
Bordesley Cottage was constructed between 1842 and 1861 for use as a farmworkers residence on Bordesley Hall estate. It has been subject to minor internal alterations and had a large kitchen extension added in the 1990s. The proposals are alterations and a first floor extension to the house along with an extension to an outbuilding
Ridgeway Court, Wychbold
Building Recording
Building recording was undertaken of Ridgeway Court, Wychbold, as a condition of an approved planning application. Ridgeway Court is a grade II listed building, although it is listed along with the adjoining Ridgeway House. The two buildings formed a late 16th century farmhouse. In the early 19th century  the timber-frame of the south and east walls was removed and replaced with brickwork. The house was divided in the early 20th century becoming Ridgeway House and Ridgeway Court. An extension was added to the house in the early 19th century. In the early 20th century another extension was added to the house. A garage and conservatory were constructed in the place of earlier farm buildings.
St Peter's Church, Rous Lench
Statement of Significance
St Peter’s Church is a long-established historic building with origins dating back to pre-Norman times and fabric of 12th century date still surviving. The proposals would cause alteration to later parts of the church and restore areas that have suffered from water damage. The aim of the proposals is to allow the church to have more use within the community.
